Dan specialises in producing and educating showjumping horses, with deep experience bringing on young, sharp, and quirky types.
Tia blends high-performance coaching with her clinical psychology background, helping riders build calm focus, consistency under pressure, and better decision-making in the moment.
As the founding team, they work through clarity, repetition, and confidence, so horses understand the job and riders trust the process.
Together, they have built the HRB system around welfare, structure, and measurable progress, so both horse and rider can develop with confidence.
