Training with Tia Posner and Dan Barnes at HRB equestrian has been life-changing. Dan is an exceptional coach who is incredibly patient and immediately understood my struggle with confidence and nerves. His clear, step-by-step guidance helped me learn to trust myself and my horse, resulting from being scared to jump a cross pole to training up to 1m at home. Tia adds the perfect combination, mentally coaching me through this amazing sport. They are friendly, organised and disciplined, creating a peaceful environment that eliminates stress.

I originally sent my horse to HRB Equestrian in August 2024 due to me lacking time for both my horses. Dan did a wonderful job with my horse that I was planning on selling, but ended up keeping him. I have achieved great results since being with HRB, including my first international placing, only a year after I first met Dan and Tia. I am very grateful for team HRB for everything they have done and continue to do for me.
I started having lessons with Dan after a bad fall at a show, and my confidence was at complete rock bottom. Dan listened to me and took us right back to basics. By the end of our first lesson my confidence was firmly back installed and I have since gone from strength to strength. You have been absolutely brilliant and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.
